  1) General

ADG respects the privacy of every individual who visits our Corporate or affiliate web sites or responds to our guestbooks, contests, or interactive advertisements. This Privacy statement outlines the information ADG will collect and how we will use that information. This Statement will inform you what to do if you do not want your Personal Information to be shared or divulged when you visit a ADG web site or respond to our advertising.


2) Personally- Identifiable Information

ADG will not collect any Personal Information about you unless you provide it voluntarily.

If you do not want your Personal Information collected do not submit it to us. If you do submit Personal Information we will use it in the following ways, unless stated otherwise: we will store and process that information to better understand your needs, and to improve our products and services; and we may use that information to contact you. We will not distribute or sell your Personal Information to any outside company for marketing or solicitation and we will maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information. It will only be used to support your relationship with ADG and its affiliated entities.

You are hereby informed that any Personal Information retained by ADG will be legally declared to the "Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés" according to the requirements of law n° 78-17 dated January 6, 1978. Provided that your request complies with the provisions of such law, you have the right to access to, and to modify or delete, your Personal data by written registered letter sent to Application des Gaz, SAS, Route de Brignais, BP 55, 69563 Saint Genis Laval Cedex, to the attention of the Marketing Department.

3) Children (under thirteen)

ADG has no intention of collecting any Personal Information from individuals under thirteen (13) years of age. Where appropriate ADG or its affiliated entities will instruct children not to submit information to our web sites or advertisements. If a child has provided us with Personal Information a parent or guardian should contact us at the address and in the form indicated in point 2 above for the Personal Information to be deleted from the records.

4) Non- Personally - Identifiable Information Collected Automatically

In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not Personal Information. Examples of this type of information include the internet browser you are using, the type of operating system, and the domain name of the web site which linked you to our site. When you view one of our web sites we may store information from time to time on your computer. These "Cookies" allow us to tailor our web site or advertisement to better match your interests and preferences.
